In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • Staff score is the standout — Staff is the property's highest-rated category at 8.8/10, and guest reviews consistently mention friendly, helpful reception staff who speak English.
  • Real kitchens in sizeable apartments — The room lineup includes studios plus two- and three-bedroom split-level apartments; reviews highlight large rooms, working mini kitchens and useful extras such as cookware, an electric kettle and a dining table.
  • Metro and bus connections close by — Reviews describe the metro as a 7-10 minute walk and praise bus access, making Termini and central sights relatively easy to reach.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Facilities rating pulls down the picture — At 5.5/10, facilities is the lowest category by a clear margin; internet access is also noted as paid in one review.
  • Arrivals must fit a narrow window — Check-in is limited to 15:00-22:30, so late-evening or overnight arrivals won't work without prior planning.
  • You're in EUR, not the historic centre — The stay is a short walk from Laghetto dell'EUR and away from central Rome; guests note a metro ride of about 15 minutes to the Colosseum.
  • Guest rating sits below the area average — The property's 7.7/10 from 378 reviews compares with an area average of 8.7.

7.7Verified guest

“Clean, large room in a convenient spot with greenery around. The EUR Ferme underground station is about seven minutes on foot.”

“The mini kitchen in the room worked well.”

7.7Verified guest

“The room was large and split over two floors, so our baby could sleep while we had a drink. The metro is genuinely close - about a 10-minute walk - and central sights such as the Colosseum are then around 15 minutes away. The staff were excellent and spoke good English. Breakfast at a nearby bar is good, but skip the hotel voucher and order there instead: same price, more choice. There's also a cheap, decent food shop about five minutes away.”
